This 420d Ripstop Nylon Fabric is an eco-friendly, waterproof pack fabric. It features an ocean-safe C0 DWR treatment on the top and a PU coating on the backside. C0 DWR is PFC-Free, better for the environment, and is used by companies such as EcoPak, Challenge Sailcloth, X-Pac, Ripstop By The Roll, and more. This fabric is Bluesign® approved for the dyeing process and passes Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification.

This 420d Ripstop Nylon Fabric is an eco-friendly, waterproof pack fabric. It features a square ripstop grid against a high denier base fabric that makes the fabric strong and abrasion resistant.

The fabric is Bluesign® approved for the dyeing process which means that harmful substances have been eliminated at each step of the supply chain. It certifies that textile products are safe for the environment, workers, and customers. The Bluesign certification applies to chemicals, processes, materials, and products.

This fabric also holds to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 which makes sure that the fabric has been tested for harmful substances and that the article, therefore, is harmless for human health. In the test, they take into account numerous regulated and non-regulated substances, which may be harmful to human health. In many cases, the limit values for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements.

The fabric is waterproof/non-breathable with an eco-friendly C0 DWR treatment on the top and a PU coating on the backside. C0 DWR is PFC-Free and better for the environment. You may notice that other popular brands, such as EcoPak use C0 DWR on their fabric.

Use this fabric for backpack fabric and liners, bike bag liners, fanny packs, ditty and accessory pouches, wallets, and reinforcement areas such as pack straps and side pockets.
