At Mozet Supplies, we take pride in offering high-quality sewing supplies and components. Because many of our items are cut-to-length, custom-packed, or intended for manufacturing use, we are unable to accept returns in most cases. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.
General Policy

All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except under extenuating circumstances.

If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us using the form on our website within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Return or Exchange
A return, exchange, or in-store credit may be considered if:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
We do not accept returns for:

Cut yardage (fabric, webbing, zipper tape, etc.)

Special orders or custom-sourced products

Sale or clearance items
Refunds & Credits

Refunds are not provided. If approved, we will issue in-store credit or a product exchange.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photos of the product and packaging to process a replacement or credit.
