At Mozet Supplies, we take pride in offering high-quality sewing supplies and components. Because many of our items are cut-to-length, custom-packed, or intended for manufacturing use, we are unable to accept returns in most cases. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.


General Policy

  • All sales are final. Returns are not accepted except under extenuating circumstances.

  • If you believe your situation qualifies, please contact us using the form on our website within 7 days of delivery.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

A return, exchange, or in-store credit may be considered if:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Cut yardage (fabric, webbing, zipper tape, etc.)

  • Special orders or custom-sourced products

  • Sale or clearance items


Refunds & Credits

  • Refunds are not provided. If approved, we will issue in-store credit or a product exchange.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed in writing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photos of the product and packaging to process a replacement or credit.
