A pre-constructed backpack handle for use on backpacks and luggage. This specific variety was used on the MEC school backpacks from the mid 2000s. Those packs lasted forever and part of the reason was because they used quality materials. Boy, times have changed.
The webbing is 20mm wide, although a bit thicker than normal 1.1mm/1.2mm.
